English Touring Opera, with partnership from Fondation EME presents a return of Joanna Marie Skillett’s and Tatty Hennessey’s beloved children’s opera, The Wellies. This is being presented at the Luxembourg Philharmonie, where we will present the opera 12 times over 4 days.
